SHIPPING

Most orders ship via the United States Postal Service, including delivery to post office boxes. You will receive a tracking number within 4 business days of placing your order.

 

Please note that Priority Mail is not considered expedited shipping. Orders are only expedited when Priority Mail Express is selected at checkout.

 

Domestic orders typically arrive within 2 to 8 business days. International orders generally arrive within 7 to 14 business days and are delivered by the destination country’s postal service.

 

Customs duties and taxes are not included in our shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We’re happy to offer refunds or exchanges on merchandise purchased online or in store within 30 days of purchase, as long as items are returned in their original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you choose to make an exchange, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you once your return has been received and processed. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

 

Please note that items lost or damaged during return shipping remain the responsibility of the sender, so we recommend adding shipping insurance when returning items by mail. To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please include a copy of your email receipt or packing slip.
